Reservation and payment
We would like start off with a recommendation: make your car rental reservation well before your visit to Nicaragua. Our impression is that many people only start looking for a rental vehicle after their flights and overnight stays are booked. We wonder if that is wise, especially when you want a vehicle for a considerable period.
Reservations we accept only when made by means of electronic mail. Our address is firstname.lastname@example.org. If you like you can use our inquiry form. The form will open when you click on the button on the right. You can communicate with us in English, Spanish (español) and Dutch (Nederlands). However, all our forms, including the rental agreement, are only available in English.
As part of the reservation procedure we send our clients some "PDF"-files. In case you do not have a PDF-reader on your computer, yo could download the smallest one for Windows we know from our server.

The total rental cost has to be settled before the client can take the car. In addition to the rental cost the client has to leave a cash deposit of U$200 (U$240 for persons less than 25 years).
The payment of the rental will have to be done in cash or alternatively in the form of a down payment. Please have a look at this web page for our down payment policy.
